Macon Keeter

Signature HealthCARE of Roanoke Rapids
Dedicated 30 years of his life working at Odum Prison where he was both the line officer and prison guard.

Macon Keeter, also known as “Frog”, was born and raised in Weldon, North Carolina. Macon has always been known as the “hard working man”. He worked for meat companies and bottled drink companies, and worked hard in the community to help others too. Macon’s longest working experience was at Odum Prison where he dedicated 30 years of his life as a prison guard and line officer. When Macon was not working hard and helping others, he did the things he loved. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, hunting, and fishing.
Not only was Macon a hard worker, he was self-less worker. Macon spent 10 years serving in the Army and National Guard to protect the people of the United States of America. Macon was self-less then and he continues to be self-less this day. At Signature HealthCARE of Roanoke Rapids, you can find Macon, “Frog”, looking after others long before he looks after himself
