Marian Irene Rhinehart
Marian Irene Rhinehart born May 30, 1930 was married to Larry Barnhart for 40 years. She is loved by her 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren as well as many great grandchildren. Whenever she is asked how she is doing she has and will always answer “fat and sassy”. Her life has been dedicated to serving the Lord by giving generously of her time and her talents. She is an accomplished pianist and organist who played faithfully at her church for many years. In addition to her talent on the keys she had been the church secretary, chair director, youth leader, and their personal chafer for the quiz team as well as other groups. Marian was also a member of the Sweet Adeline’s Quartet. Marian has always been a faithful servant of God and has given 100% of herself in all that she has done.
Marian is also an accomplished business woman and as such she has always achieved excellence in all her endeavors. She was top district manager when she sold Tupperware and was blessed to receive a new care as a reward. Marian also taught ceramics in her house with nothing more than a small kiln and a passion to do ceramics. The passion and one room shop turned into a large shop with two full warehouses and several kilns as the dream grew. Her and her husband would sleep at the shop just to keep up with the firing of the ceramics. Marian also had a joy for cooking and started a catering business as well as a cake decorating business in her “spare time”. She would cater for large and small events and also made the most beautiful cakes.
Marian had many hobbies such as deep sea fishing on her charter boat “The Southern Comfort.” She would share this passion with her children and the youth group in many overnight adventure at Lake Warth, Florida.
Marian is funny, sweet, loving and generous. She loves the Lord, her family, and others with her whole heart. She has never met a stranger because she would say “if I meet you once, you are a friend.” We are thankful for her many years of serving the Lord and of living a life for others and for sharing her many talents.
