Tom Williams was born March 6, 1941 in Chattanooga, TN. He has always been very involved in his community, working with the local Election Commission, the Paws & Claws Animal Shelter Program, and the Bledsoe County Veteran’s Park. Mr. Williams is an accomplished artist. It was his rendering that the architect used when building the Veteran’s Park. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1957-1961, receiving a medal for good conduct.
Mr. Williams worked as a police officer and detective in Chattanooga, TN, as well as other communities in the area. He retired from Cumberland County Sheriff’s Dept. in the late 1970’s. Upon retirement, he and his wife began attending various craft shows, where they would sell custom airbrush art Mr. Williams created. They eventually relocated to Palm Springs Beach. It was there Mr. Williams became known as “Ingun Airbrush,” selling custom airbrush creations to locals and vacationers. Mr. Williams is also an accomplished sketch artist and has created many black and white charcoal illustrations.
Mr. Williams is a talented and caring individual who loves helping others and donating his time and talent. His favorite pastimes include art, building things, woodworking, wood burning, crafts, and rescuing animals.
