How would you rate your therapy services and why?

"10/10. They have taken me from not being able to even hold my head up to being able to walk around the entire building. I was unable to eat due to having a trach. Mary, my speech therapist, has helped me to eat a mechanical soft diet and drink thick liquids."

Would you like to highlight any staff members at Signature?

"It is hard to recognize any single person because everyone was great, but I would like to give a big shout-out to Tara Guenther and the therapy staff."

What was your favorite part of your stay at Signature?

"The staff! I have never felt neglected; everyone has made it known that myself and my recovery matters."
