What was your favorite part of your stay at Signature?

"The food was great. My favorite thing is that it feels like family. People at Mountain City Care and Rehab treat you like a friend or family member, not just another patient. They gave me a Bible, then sat down and read it with me. They really helped when I was hurting."

Would you like to highlight any staff members at Signature?

All of them from nursing, laundry, housekeeping, and therapy. They were all great, wonderful people.

How would you rate your therapy services and why?

"The best! Great therapist and super smart. I am very thankful that there are people like them in the world."
